Possibility 1: The class is full.
Do write in to us via the chatbox at the bottom right of this page and we can add you to the waiting list. In the event that we receive a cancellation, we’ll add you to the class and send you a booking confirmation email to let you know.

Possibility 2: The class is outside of your membership cycle.
Your membership cycle refreshes every month from the date you register. Thus, you may book classes that are within your membership cycle.
For example, say you signed up on 12 February, your membership cycle refreshes every 12th of the month. So, over the first month, you’ll not be able to book for classes on 14 March.
Possibility 3: You've ran out of class credits for the month.
These are the number of class credits assigned to each type of membership package for each month:
- Accelerate: Unlimited
- Explore: 4
- Starter: 2
- Student: 2
One credit gives you access to one class.
