All NewCampus classes are hosted virtually. You'll dial into a video call and your class will be live-streamed to our room of colearners at a NewCampus colearning campus.

A checklist for virtual video calls:

  • Well-lit and quiet location (Meeting room, home, "telephone" booths at coworking spaces)
  • Webcam (most laptop webcams work fine)
  • Headphones with built-in microphones

Things to avoid:

  • Hosting the class from a noisy location (cafe, open spaces at coworking spaces)
  • Hosting the class from your mobile phone
  • Hosting your class from a poorly lit room
  • Using your laptop speaker/microphone (it produces a lot of echo)
  • Hosting a call without video (all NewCampus classes are hosted with video)
